Cheryl Bosa joins Engel & Völkers

Cheryl Bosa joins Engel & Völkers as its new head of the firm’s sports and entertainment division in Fort Lauderdale. Bosa previously worked for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty and has more than 33 years of sales experience.

Berkshire/EWM in Coconut Grove adds new associates

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty announced July 17 that it had brought on five new associates at its Coconut Grove branch: Rafael Cordero, Christopher Gil, Carolina Mesias, Mariana Rojas and Milisse Vera.

Douglas Elliman brings on David Siddons Group

The David Siddons Group, formerly with EWM, has joined Douglas Elliman Florida working out of the firm’s Coral Gables office. David and his team of five associates (Stefania Cambarau, Cristiane Buzolin, Elaine Tatum, Fernanda C Zomignani, Marianela Figueredo and marketing director Loes Franquinet) closed on $81 million in sales last year.

“Developers consistently seek his advice and analytical knowledge of the market and he brings a powerful intelligence and distinctive quality of service to his clientele which directly aligns with the level of professionalism we promote at Douglas Elliman,” said CEO Jay Phillip Parker of Siddons.

Hughes/Browne Realty Group join Compass

Tom Hughes and Jeremy Browne, the Founding Agents of the Hughes/Browne Realty Group joined Compass Florida, bringing $20 million in listings to the brokerage, according to a press release by Compass Florida. 

The team will bring 25 expert agents with market knowledge focused in the Loxahatchee River area, Jupiter Island, Jupiter, Tequesta, Juno Beach and Palm Beach Gardens. 

Hughes, a real estate broker in the Jupiter/Tequesta market for 28 years said this new opportunity will challenge their market knowledge.

“Compass Florida was the stand out opportunity for us to couple our product knowledge/business model with the highest level of technology and culture.”

Browne, a bi-lingual in English and Spanish said they have represented high-profile clients with the best quality service.
