Miami is no stranger to expensive real estate, but a look at home prices by ZIP code shows exactly how expensive some areas of the city are.

Property Shark, an online property search tool, has ranked Florida’s most expensive ZIP codes. Four of the top 10 most expensive ZIP codes were in the Miami area, including two in the city proper, and 20 of the top 50 are in the Miami area, according to Property Shark.

The most expensive ZIP code in the state? That would be Miami Beach’s 33109, which covers Fisher Island and has a median sales price of $3.4 million. That’s good for fourth-most expensive ZIP in the country, Property Shark reports. It’s quite an impressive feat, given the only ZIP codes more expensive were in the Hamptons, Manhattan and Palo Alto, it shows Miami Beach’s status as a wealthy enclave.

“Once a one-family residence of the Vanderbilt family and later U.S. Steel magnates the Moores, the island was also partially owned by President Richard Nixon,” the report reads. “Nowadays Fisher Island is home to stately mansion, a private marina, hotel and some high-end apartment developments.”

The inland city of Doral the state’s third most expensive ZIP code, with a median 2016 sales price of $1.09 million, according to Property Shark.

A Key Biscayne ZIP code, as well as one representing Coral Gables, also made the top 10.
