Starwood Capital Group and LYND, with sales led by Fortune Development Sales are excited to announce that NINE at Mary Brickell Village is nearly 80 percent sold. Located in the heart of Mary Brickell at 999 Southwest 1st Ave., NINE will be 35 stories high and feature 390 residential units when finished. The remainder of the building is slated for completion later this year.
