Midblock, a 173-unit complex in the Midtown Miami residences, launched sales this week.

Gold Krown Financial announced the launch of sales of the 173-unit complex of Midblock in the Midtown Miami residences, representing the last, large volume of condos to enter the market that were developed prior the the real estate recession.

Fortune International will lead the sales and marketing efforts for Midblock, which is Midtown Miami’s only boutique building. It has been reported that 2 Midtown is sold out and 4 Midtown is now more than 85 percent sold.

“We’ve achieved incredible sales success at 2 Midtown and 4 Midtown, and believe it is perfect timing to provide eager buyers with a boutique option for living in Midtown Miami,” said M. Ronald Krongold, managing partner of Gold Krown Financial. “Midblock will appeal to many buyers, given our very competitive prices that are below market and lower than pre-construction products. Upgrades to our amenities and common areas, and the overall design and offerings within the modern, spacious units will also lure buyers.”

Midblock Units Attract Buyers

Midblock is comprised of one- and two-bedroom condos, two-story live/work modern lofts and townhome villas with private entrances. The units range from 805 square feet to 2,825 square feet, with prices as low as $280 per square foot, significantly below new construction costs. Residents have access to 24-hour security, concierge services, private storage facilities, garage parking, ground-level restaurants with regular food delivery, and a Midtown Perks Resident Program designed exclusively for residents.

“We already have buyers very interested in Midblock,” said Edgardo Defortuna, president and CEO of Fortune International. “There is also a waiting list for individuals to rent units, which is a tremendous draw for investors, and we believe end-users will find the amenity upgrades a very intriguing component to their purchase.”
