Successfully running two businesses at once, Marisol Vallejo, owner and president of MV Title Inc. and a Realtor with eXp Realty LLC, never gives up on her clients, no matter how difficult the circumstances. Beginning her career in the title industry 15 years ago, Vallejo handles a range of clients throughout the entire state of Florida, including buyers, sellers, investors, distressed property owners, probate filers, refinance seekers, and commercial and residential filers. As a Realtor, Vallejo concentrates on commercial and residential listings in Monroe, Miami-Dade and Broward counties. “Seeing the clients’ happy faces when they obtain the keys to their dream home is the most rewarding feeling,” she says.

As a law school graduate, Vallejo is a master negotiator, using the skills she acquired as a lawyer to close sales and solve complex title issues. “I learned through law school that not everything is black or white,” she says. “I learned that with some analyzing and research, you can always overcome the toughest obstacle.”

Prior to attending graduate school, Vallejo worked at a law firm in the real estate department processing title files. “This is where I fell in love with real estate,” she says.
Vallejo has received the Fidelity National Title Insurance Company’s Circle of Excellence Award in 2017, 2018 and 2019. She is a member of the American Land Title Association, National Association of Realtors and Miami Association of Realtors.

An exceptional year for Vallejo’s career, 2019 also proved monumental outside of work, as she became engaged and is in the process of planning her dream wedding in the Florida Keys.
