Tiffany Comunale

Comunale Real Estate
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty

Tiffany Comunale is an industry powerhouse. Coming from a real estate family, Comunale, a Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty, was immersed in the field at a young age. “I’ve been selling real estate or watching my mom sell real estate for as long as I can remember,” she says.

Working with clients at all income and experience levels ranging from first-time homebuyers to luxury tier buyers, Comunale focuses on South Florida markets, specifically Broward County. “I enjoy helping others buy and sell homes and being a part of one of the biggest purchases in their lives,” she says, adding that her business consists primarily of referrals from family, friends, past clients and business professionals.

Prior to entering the industry 14 years ago, Comunale attended University of Nevada Las Vegas for business marketing and management as well as The International School of Culinary Arts at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale for a bachelor’s degree in culinary management. Even with over a decade of experience, she continues to pursue continuing education opportunities, earning CRS, SRS and ABR designations to provide her clients with a competitive advantage. Comunale has earned her broker associate license and will receive her GRI, or Graduate Realtor Institute, designation this year.

Comunale is a multi-year Berkshire Hathaway award-winner for top-tier production thanks in part to her extensive marketing efforts, attentiveness and up-to-date market knowledge. She was previously named a Fort Lauderdale’s Finest nominee by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation for her leadership and volunteering and is on the board of directors for Nicole’s Cardiac Kids. She also contributes to Place of Hope.

Outside work, Comunale and her family enjoy the South Florida lifestyle. They spend as much time outdoors as possible, going to the beach and parks as well as boating and attending the monthly farmer’s market.
