John Reza Parsiani

Senior Sales Executive and Broker Associate
Cervera Real Estate and Aston Martin Residences Miami

John Reza Parsiani has always loved real estate. A proud Persian, Parsiani grew up in Sweden and has lived in Miami now for over 20 years.

“I truly believe in the saying, ‘home is where the heart is,’” he says. “My favorite part is the smiles on my clients’ faces when I hand them the keys to their future home.”

Serving local, national and international clients with a range of properties including residential, land and commercial properties, Parsiani prioritizes the Miami, Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach markets. He treats every buyer, seller and investor like family.

“My team and I are focused on one goal: to satisfy my clients’ real estate needs and desires no matter the complexities,” he says.

In 2018, Parsiani successfully completed sales totaling more than $100 million at Aria on the Bay and was recognized by the Builders Association of South Florida as Best Sales Associate of the Year. He’s also ranked as a top producer at Cervera Real Estate for five years in a row and was invited to sit on the Forbes Real Estate Council. He has previously been named among the top 10 agents nationwide by the Asian Real Estate Association of America.

“I credit my accomplishments to three things: hard work, reliability and integrity,” he says. “Clients appreciate my negotiation skills and how I go above and beyond to get them the best and smoothest deal possible.”

Parsiani is an active Realtor and member of the Master Brokers Forum and the Asian Real Estate Association of America. He holds two degrees, one in engineering and one in business, and had a career in the corporate world before entering the real estate industry in 2003. He is a contributor to the Joel Osteen Foundation and sponsors children through World Vision International. Outside work, Parsiani enjoys traveling, boating, playing tennis and meditating.
