Howard Chase is a permanent fixture in the South Florida luxury real estate industry. “Real estate is my life,” he says. “I love what I do, and it shows. The thrill of the transaction and the satisfaction of my clients are what gets me every time.”
Beginning his career in Los Angeles in 2002 and relocating to Miami to earn his master’s degree in business administration in 2005, Chase is now the broker and owner of Howard Chase Real Estate, serving clients in and around Miami Beach and the greater Miami area. “Miami buyers and sellers have great taste, and thankfully, we have the upscale product to match,” he says, adding that he also works with investors, developers and commercial clients.
In 2018, Chase expanded to North Beach and central Florida, providing even more comprehensive service to high-end clients across the state. His new North Beach office has quickly become a pillar in the community, and Chase has onboarded additional agents to handle the company’s increased demand. “Being able to guide a salesperson from good to great provides immediate and lasting gratification for me,” he says.
This past year, Chase achieved a listing-to-sales price ratio of nearly 97 percent for sellers and 89 percent for buyers. That impressive spread represents effectiveness for each respective client type and is thanks in part to his six-tiered marketing plan and industry know-how. His real estate advice has been featured in The New York Times, CBS, Haute Living, Yahoo! Finance and the Miami Herald.
Chase is a Realtor and a member of the Tulane Alumni Association and Florida International University Alumni Association. He supports the Woody Foundation and St. Jude Children’s Hospital among other charitable causes. In his spare time, Chase is a focused athlete and marathon runner. This year he plans to compete in his first triathlon.
