In the past year, Costa competed against major retail and banking institutions to secure a new home for Century 21 Yarlex Fine Homes & Estates. “I was able to negotiate and broker the location, which is on a sought-after commercial establishment off 124th Street and U.S. 1,” he explains.

A few years after graduating from Miami Dade College with a degree in architecture, Costa became the president of Landmade Corp., a full-service appraisal firm he still runs and operates today.

His main focus is listing residential and commercial properties in the tri-county area and Upper Keys, with a strong presence in Palmetto Bay, Cutler Bay and Pinecrest. He also assists clients with rentals and leasing.

Costa is a multi-award winner, receiving recognition from YES Real Estate as a Top Producer, earning the Circle of Excellence Award in 2018 and 2017, achieving the Diamond level in sales in 2017, and being named Rookie of the Year in 2016. “I will keep striving to be the best I can be while continuing my journey in personal and company growth,” he says.
