Anthony Disano

Real Estate Broker
Parkvue Realty Corporation

Keeping in mind that small victories lead to big successes has been key to Anthony Disano’s real estate career.

“I take pride in helping all types of buyers, sellers and institutional property owners locate, evaluate, manage and market real estate,” says Disano, managing broker of Parkvue Realty. “One of my greatest achievements was selling the historic Wrigley Mansion in Chicago.”

Clients describe Disano as passionate, hard-working and an excellent negotiator. In 2018, the industry noticed. Disano was named among the top 1 percent of agents by the Chicago Association of Realtors and is striving to achieve the same level of recognition in Miami. He also holds the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource certification and provides expertise to buyers and sellers of distressed properties.

“Before becoming a full-time real estate broker, I provided short-term purchase plus renovation financing for real estate investors and quickly realized my investor clients needed help locating properties to rehab, so I became licensed just to help them,” Disano says.

Since then, his team has represented the purchase and sale of thousands of properties throughout the Miami and Chicago markets. “I am honored to have helped more than a thousand families purchase properties,” Disano says. “We have been able to promote homeownership, build wealth for investors and improve many communities. I enjoy what I do and provide the same level of enthusiasm and professionalism for each and every transaction.”

Disano’s team is working toward its goal of spending 200 hours volunteering within the communities they work. Anthony Disano dedicates this profile to his late father, Dennis Disano.
