Real Estate Agent and Regional Director of Sales
ONE Sotheby’s International Realty
Anna Sherrill fell in love with Miami as soon as she arrived in 1999. Motivated by her own search for the perfect home among the city’s diverse architectural offerings, she soon earned her real estate license in order to share her newfound passion with others. “I love what I do and where I live and feel blessed to have it all,” says Sherrill, regional director of sales at ONE Sotheby’s International Realty.
For the past 18 years, Sherrill has specialized in waterfront properties from South Beach to Fort Lauderdale, representing top developers and assisting both domestic and international luxury sellers and buyers, many of whom are seeking their second or third home. In 2018, Sherrill sold out L’Atelier before the building’s January 2019 completion date, including the penthouse, priced at $21 million.
“I attribute my success and growth in real estate to my dedication, customer service, lifestyle and ability to relate to people,” she says, adding that she strives to bring a positive demeanor and compassionate attitude to every interaction. “I am committed to my clients and their complete satisfaction.”
Having witnessed Miami’s market trends and studied property values for nearly two decades, Sherrill is equipped to advise clients on their home investment and is equally adept at highlighting her listings to appeal to potential customers. She has been named among the top 1,000 agents in the country by The Wall Street Journal, and for the past two years, she’s earned the ONE Sotheby’s Top Producer Circle award. She is a Realtor member and supports the Children’s Home Society of Florida, Ocean Conservancy and Sierra Club.
Sherrill is the proud mom of a 2-year-old son named Max and loves to boat, waterski, swim and scuba dive.
