Matthew Llorente, the co-founder of Global Group Realty, has over a decade of real estate experience and opened his own company in 2010 after earning his broker’s license. As the firm’s broker, Llorente works with everyone from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors both in and out of the luxury market, and he specializes in the Coral Gables, Pinecrest, South Miami and Miami Beach areas. 

Because he entered the real estate industry straight out of college, Llorente is well-practiced in providing high-quality customer service and leading clients through emotionally taxing transactions with grace and patience. “I take the time to listen to my clients’ wants and needs and always do my very best to help them achieve their goals,” he says, adding that he enjoys meeting new people and developing lifelong connections. “I always try to be available no matter what time or day it is. My clients know that I am on call 24/7.”

Among other major accomplishments in 2017, Llorente sold a $3.7 million property in Coral Gables and worked with an investor who has now purchased a number of properties within the state. “It has been great working with many different Realtors and brokers while closing deals and building relationships,” he says, adding that another major accomplishment was being able to welcome his wife onto the team full time now that both their sons are in school.

Llorente has been featured in Top Agent Magazine and is a member of the Miami Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Realtors Commercial Alliance of Miami. He volunteers with Movimientos De Impactos, an organization devoted to strengthening parent-child bonds by hosting family retreats in schools throughout Miami.

Llorente loves spending time and traveling with his own family, as well as fishing, boating and participating in sports.
