Douglas Elliman South Florida

Christopher Adeleke of Douglas Elliman South Florida entered the real estate industry a decade ago, bringing a lifelong dream of becoming a real estate agent to fruition. “When I was a kid, I would host pretend open houses for my family and friends at my house,” he says. No longer a fantasy, real estate has become central to Adeleke’s life — as a top producer, he works with an extensive range of clients.

Serving everyone from young professionals to CEOs, celebrities, international investors and high-income families, Adeleke assists his clients with buying and selling homes, condos and waterfront properties within South Florida’s exclusive neighborhoods like Miami Beach, East Edgewater, Brickell, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables and Miami Shores.

“For me, real estate is not just about a transaction but about a relationship,” he says, adding that he tailors his business style and approach to fit every client’s unique needs and specific tastes, and that his communication skills, vibrant personality, attention to detail and extensive knowledge of the industry are fundamental to his success.

Each year since 2011, Adeleke has been given the Top Producer Award for performance and leadership. In 2016, he earned membership to the Top Producer Club for Development Sales. “In the past year, I have been featured or asked to contribute on the real estate market for many leading publications,” he says. “It’s nice when people take notice of your hard work and value your input. It’s helped me recognize my own potential and grow as a person and a professional.”

Known for his elaborate open houses, Adeleke prioritizes creating an engaging and luxurious experience for his guests in order to showcase his properties at their best.

Adeleke is a member of the Miami Association of Realtors Young Professional Network and Friends of the Underline Young Professionals Network, as well as a committee member of the Frost Museum of Science. Since 2016, he has also chaired Perez Art Museum Miami’s gala. He holds degrees in business management and real estate from Florida Atlantic University.
