She also has an extensive background in construction and design, giving her with the tools needed to modernize and improve properties in order to increase their appeal and expedite the sale.

Last year, Rodriguez developed the designing concept and managed the construction of a new $7.5 million luxury modern estate home currently for sale in Pinecrest. She also sold a luxury waterfront estate to a longtime client and considers the transaction her best sale of 2017. On a personal level, 2017 was a year of milestones for her family as her oldest son graduated from Babson College, while her daughter began her freshman year at Boston College.

Rodriguez has ranked among the Top 100 Realtors at Coldwell Banker Florida since 2013 and has previously been recognized as a top producer within the company, as well as by National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. She has received the President’s Elite Circle award every year since 2011.

Rodriguez is a member of Florida Realtors, the Miami Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, the Asian Real Estate Association of America and the Women’s Council of Realtors.

Rodriguez supports the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and Autism Speaks South Florida, along with the Coldwell Banker CARES Foundation. Outside of work, Rodriguez enjoys reading, playing tennis, and boating on Miami Bay with her family and friends.
