Maria Cuadra is an impassioned real estate professional with the enthusiasm of a rookie and the knowhow of a 12-year veteran. “Clients love that I make deals happen,” says Cuadra. “They love the effort I put forth.”

As a full-time broker and co-owner of The Cuadra Group with her husband, Cuadra works with residential and commercial sellers, first-time buyers and property investors throughout Greater Miami. Nearly all of Cuadra’s business comes from referrals rather than cold leads. Her track record as one of Miami’s premiere agents and a top producer helps her maintain her steady stream of clients.

“Every sale is a huge accomplishment if my client is happy,” she says. Luckily, they always are. “The process is smooth sailing for them. I try to resolve all issues alongside my team, so the clients don’t have to worry.”

Cuadra also attributes her success to staying informed, staying on top of the evolution of the real estate landscape and investing in the longevity of her career. “I have experienced changing markets and stay humble,” she says, noting that “educating yourself and being professional is a key way to stand out amongst so many great agents.”

Cuadra is a recent graduate of the masters program in international real estate at Florida International University, a full-time mother and wife and non-stop worker. She is also a member of the Woman’s Council of Realtors in Miami-Dade. On top of that, she’s also an active member of her church, volunteering on a weekly basis. “I put my faith first in everything I do” including her brokerage, she says. As such, she has a well-honed talent for balancing all of her responsibilities with grace and ease. Cuadra is also in the process of starting a scholarship for single parents to attend FIU and hopes to finalize the project within the coming years.

“I have always worked alongside my beautiful kid, which proves that anything is possible and the sky is not the limit,” she says.
