Originally from New York and having lived in Colorado and Jamaica, William Harbour has been in real estate since 2004 and he is one of the first brokers in South Florida to attain the National Association of Realtors’ Green Designation. Several years back William created his own short sale company providing much-needed help to the distressed Miami market. Now, his focus is on luxury real estate.
A French native who lived in the French West Indies before settling in the U.S., Marie-Charlotte Piro has been in real estate since 1998 and practiced in Miami and New York. With an impressive record of achievement in luxury residential and pre-construction real estate sales, she is also a founding member of the Luxury Homes Marketing Institute, a member of the Miami Chapter of the Master Brokers Forum and the founder and president of the Federation of French Realtors of Miami.
William and Marie-Charlotte met in 2003 and married in 2005, and after working separately for various developers and investors, they joined forces and created their own brokerage company in 2009. They expanded their reach far beyond South Florida, establishing a strong presence in France, Belgium and Switzerland. Living and working in Miami’s Upper East Side, Marie-Charlotte and William operate from a very competitive position in the sectors of Downtown Miami, Biscayne Corridor and Miami’s Upper East Side, with countless luxury residential investment properties bought and sold for their clients at record prices. Their portfolio includes the former home of Jorge Perez at Icon Brickell, currently for sale at $3.5M and many more luxury homes ranging from $1 million to $5 million and up.
