Francisco Angulo

Assistant Manager

Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate Coral Gables

Francisco Angulo’s ability to listen, empathize and problem solve has helped him succeed in Miami’s real estate community for more than two decades. “Real Estate is a very emotional business, and we are here to be the catalyst putting together the meeting of the minds,” says Angulo. Today, he’s an assistant manager at Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate Coral Gables. Angulo aspires to be an icon in the residential real estate field, to serve as inspiration and motivation for every person he meets.

Angulo earned his Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Accounting from Andres Bello Catholic University in Caracas, Venezuela. He became a Realtor in 1994, and in his 23 years has worked in Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Miami, Brickell, Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, Miami Beach, Ft. Lauderdale and Weston. But now he’s in management and focuses on mentoring agents. His 2014 International Leadership Award from the Miami Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors’ Presidential Award he won in the same year stand as a testament to his effectiveness, not only locally but globally.

Angulo’s drive, leadership and relentless optimism have propelled him in the real estate industry. In the past year, the company fused two offices into one, and Angulo was the key to overcoming the innate cultural and sales challenges that come along with combining staffs. His leadership helped ensure every agent on the roster had a profitable year. The office is now one of the top three in Coldwell Banker’s South Florida region.

In Angulo’s free time, he loves to travel and learn about other cultures and languages. He speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese — which gives him a monstrous advantage in one of the country’s most diverse markets. He’s also a big tennis fan (he even worked as a volunteer for the Miami Open in Key Biscayne as well as a music lover. His passion for classical music led him to a position on the advisory board of the Miami Symphony Orchestra. Angulo also likes to give back to his communities. Angulo is an ambassador for International Solidarity for Human Rights, as well as the Miami Dade County Chairman for Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s CARES Foundation — which, since 2006, has raised more than $4 million in the state of Florida for more than 100 of nonprofit organizations in area communities.
