Douglas Elliman Development Marketing announced they will be the exclusive sales and marketing firm for the newly completed seaside residential tower 5000 North Ocean.

Chris Cox and Dave Shalkop of Douglas Elliman will lead sales for the project, which is being developed by the Kotler Group.

“We are thrilled to bring Chris, Dave and the Douglas Elliman Development Marketing and Real Estate team on board to finish selling out the remaining residences,” said Kolter Urban Senior VP Ed Jahn in a press release. “Chris and Dave have established themselves as leaders in the Florida market and their extensive experience coupled with Douglas Elliman’s robust and successful development portfolio, will help to ensure the sellout of 5000 North Ocean.”

The 19-story, 48-residence building is situated on over 340 feet of direct oceanfront and restored dune area. 5000 North Ocean also boasts ocean views in each residence, floor-to-ceiling windows and outdoor terraces.

“We continue to see a historic surge in activity in the Palm Beach County market, where the most discerning buyers are looking for the ultimate in luxury and value,” said Douglas Elliman Florida CEO Jay Phillip Parker in a press release. “5000 North Ocean is positioned as a one-of-a-kind offering that we are confident will continue to see success as we close out the remaining sales at the project.”

5000 North Ocean includes four floor plans designed by Bob Martin of The Decorators Unlimited, including four duplexes and a 3,907 square-foot oceanfront estate.

Amenities include a 24/7 entry guardhouse, private elevators, a clubroom and outdoor plaza featuring a full kitchen and bar, fitness center, pool and spa. Each residence comes with two assigned covered parking spaces.

Units will range from two- to four-bedrooms and are priced from $2.6 million to $5.6 million.
