Social-media celebrity Gianluca Vacchi has purchased a furnished waterfront Miami Beach home for $24.5 million.
Originally priced at $27 million, the 12,700 square-foot, seven-bedroom home features reflecting pools by the entry, a screening room, wine cellar, gym, elevator, outdoor kitchen, two guest homes and a roof terrace overlooking a 90-foot swimming pool and the ocean.
Built 13 feet above sea level, the modern manse located at 1510 West 25th Street on Sunset Island II, boasts 150 feet of waterfront.
The Italian-born former professional skier and shareholder in his family’s machine manufacturing company, IMA GROUP, has nearly 17 million Instagram followers.
In April, Vacchi listed his 7,000-square-foot Miami Beach penthouse in Sunset Harbour South for $10.9 million, citing a wish to spend more time in Miami in a single-family home.
