Victoria Coster to lead Compass’ marketing efforts in the Southeast

Compass Florida has named Victoria Coster regional marketing director in the Southeast, overseeing Florida and Georgia.

As the company’s regional marketing for the past five years, Coster built a team of 21 marketing advisors and designers, a marketing model that’s among the most successful in the country.

With her motto, ‘when strategy guides the way, business grows,’ Coster will guide and support a total of 1,325 agents in Compass’ Florida and Georgia markets.

“I see this shift as an opportunity to form one ‘super-region’ marketing team whose territory happens to span across two states,” Coster said. “I don’t think of it as overseeing the Atlanta team and also the Florida team; rather, I see this as combining 21 incredible brains into a single, unified, southeast marketing force of nature. I can’t wait to see what we build with this much energy.”

Tanya Draskovic brings international cache to ONE Sotheby’s

Global Market Specialist Tanya Draskovic has joined ONE Sotheby’s International Realty in Boca Raton.

Formerly with Coldwell Banker in Orlando, Draskovic has more than 20 years of experience as an agent, specializing in the luxury markets in Boca Raton and Miami.

Born in La Paz, Bolivia, and educated in Barcelona, Spain, Draskovic is multilingual. Her exposure to and familiarity with a range of cultures developed through her travels has given her a unique insight into the lifestyles and real estate needs of the international elite clientele she serves.

In addition to her real estate career, Ms. Draskovic has an extensive background in the fine arts. She is a graduate film producer with more than 10 years of experience in production and both high fashion and commercial photography, with credits as a still photographer on IMDb.

She is also the owner and president of World Elite Concierge, LLC, where she offers international clients everything they need to feel at home while transacting business in the Boca Raton, Miami and Washington metropolitan areas.
