Inventory Intel: 4th $10M+ sale during COVID-19-era at One Thousand Museum

by Kerrie Kennedy

Karen Elmir of The Elmir Group at Cervera Real Estate has closed on an $11 million penthouse at One Thousand Museum. Harvey Daniels of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty represented the developer.

The full-floor, five-bedroom, six-and-a-half bath penthouse features 10,326 square feet of interior living space and 1,218 square feet of terrace space. The luxury condominium features unobstructed 360-degree views of Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean, as well as Downtown Miami.

“This is a monumental sale for our team,” said Elmir in a press release. “In these uncertain times, closing this sale proves how dedicated and hardworking our team is. We are diligent in our work and know how to connect buyers to their dream properties no matter what.”

Through The Elmir Group, Karen Elmir has sold more than $500 million of real estate within the Brickell, Biscayne Bay, Key Biscayne, Design District, Midtown, Coconut Grove and Coral Gables areas, including a recently sold $4.16 million penthouse at Biscayne Beach — the most expensive resale penthouse in Downtown Miami and Edgewater.

This is the fourth unit over $10 million that has closed at One Thousand Museum in the past 45 days amid the coronavirus pandemic.
