What was your most interesting job before going into real estate? Restaurateur

Where did you grow up? Miami

Growing up, what did you want to be? A business owner

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? You can find me at the gym or at the pool swimming laps.

If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Walt Disney, because he was innovative and inspires people to accomplish their dreams – his legend lives on.

Where is Miami’s best-kept secret? Venetian Pool in Coral Gables

 What do you love most about the industry? Having the freedom to help customers with their needs and having the ability to grow in the field.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Overcoming all the obstacles when closing a deal

What’s your best advice for generating new leads? Referrals- word of mouth.

What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately? Tony Robbins and Million Dollar Listing New York.

What’s your favorite meal in Miami? Kabobji – a middle eastern restaurant.

 Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Miami? Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables

What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job? During an inspection of a property I was selling, we found out there was no septic tank or sewage, everything was going out to the backyard. We had to build a brand-new septic tank.

 What’s one thing people might be surprised to learn about you? I have an undergraduate degree in exercise and sports sciences and a masters in dietetics and nutrition.

What’s your favorite vacation spot and why? Fountainebleau Miami Beach because of their legendary amenities and restaurants.

In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? Never ever give up!

Who are your favorite people to follow on social media? Peter Ancona, Tony Robbins, Michael Phelps and [stock trader] Tim Sykes.
