Coldwell Banker Realty honors top teams and sales associate
Coldwell Banker Realty in Florida recently recognized some of its top producers at the Coldwell Banker Southeast Region Awards Celebration, held March 3 at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens.
The Jills Zeder Group, with offices in Miami Beach and Coral Gables, was named the No. 1 large team nationwide. Comprised of three families ― Jill Hertzberg and her children Danny Hertzberg and Hillary Hertzberg, sisters Jill Eber and Felise Eber, and Judy Zeder and her children Nathan Zeder and Kara Zeder Rosen, the team specializes in luxury real estate, including high-end estates, condominiums and waterfront property.
Recognized with Coldwell Banker’s International President’s Premier award and named No. 1 sales associate for adjusted gross commission income, Michele Redlick specializes in luxury condominiums and homes in Miami Beach, South Beach, Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles, Aventura and Miami. Fluent in four languages, Redlich markets internationally and represents many foreign buyers and sellers. She has sold over 1,000 properties in Miami.
The Miami Beach Team, comprised of Claudia Whitechurch and Laura Curson, was recognized with Coldwell Banker’s International President’s Circle award and named the No. 1 small team for adjusted gross commission income. With over 30 years of combined real estate sales experience, Whitechurch and Curson specialize in luxury home sales in Miami Beach, South Beach, Downtown Miami, Surfside, Sunny Isles and Bal Harbour.

RE/MAX names Miami-based Paul Silverstein one of top 100 commercial agents in U.S.
Paul Silverstein, director of the commercial division of RE/MAX and president of the Florida Commercial Team LLC, has been designated by RE/MAX International as one of the top commercial real estate agents in the country for 2019.
A top producing commercial broker for more than 30 years, Miami-based Silverstein said long-term success in commercial real estate requires creating high levels of trust with both sellers and buyers. “Your clients need to know that you are always looking out for their best interests,” he said. “When you do that, and you understand their needs and goals, the business comes to you. “It also helps to live in and have an in-depth knowledge of the South Florida marketplace where there are so many commercial real estate opportunities.”
