Brown Harris Stevens Miami has added a number of new agents to its roster, including several high-profile female industry veterans.

Nationally recognized for her lead role in TLC’s “Million Dollar Agents,” Techrin Hijazi specializes in residential waterfront real estate with a concentration in commercial investments. With an eye for undervalued assets, Hijazi entered the real estate market as an investor in 1994 and as a prominent realtor in 2003. Passionate about art, Hijazi enjoys spending time with her husband at his galleries in Miami and New York. Her operations will be based primarily from the Coconut Grove office.

Abby Rubin and Gale Grobman, a real estate team with over 20 years of experience, have left Coldwell Banker to join the BHS Sunset Harbour office. Ranked among the top 1% of Realtors nationally, the team focuses its activity in the Miami Beach market, including single family homes and condos. Known for their creative marketing and sales strategies, the pair works together to analyze market trends and develop customized marketing plans for each client. The team also holds numerous professional certifications, including as Certified Luxury Home Specialists, Certified Referral and Relocation, Certified Short Sale Specialists, and Certified Commercial Specialists.

Wendy Paskow hails from a family of real estate visionaries. A New Yorker prior to moving to Miami, Paskow connects buyers, sellers and investors from the two markets. In addition to advising and working on behalf of clients, Paskow is active personally in buying and selling properties and is a certified yoga instructor. Paskow joins Brown Harris Stevens Miami from Douglas Elliman and will be based in the firm’s Sunset Harbour office.

Katrina Rosendary and Maritsa Rabie are the newest additions to BHS’s South of Fifth office, located at Continuum. Juan Carlos Caceres and Brittany Marrero have joined and will be based in the Sunset Harbour office. Michelle Garcia has joined and will be based in South Miami.
