What was your most interesting job before going into real estate? Working with a media marketing and events company in NYC – creating events in 46 markets; connecting people, products and brands together around the country.

Where did you grow up? I grew up in most exciting city in the world -New York City!

Growing up, what did you want to be? I wanted to be an entertainer like Madonna.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? To de-stress, it feels good walking and connecting with nature and animals, going to the beach or a weekend spa trip. It allows my mind to reset.

If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Hassan Morshedy, CEO of Memaar Al Morshedy. His projects are so ambitious that they have never been attempted before; that is the case with Skyline in Egypt. Once opened, the new Cairo-based property — according to Guinness World Records — will become the largest residential property in the world. His goal is not about setting a record; his intention is about solving a housing problem.

What do you love most about the industry? I love that I get to contribute to peoples’ lives and their future by sharing my passion, talents and fullest potential in this ever-changing industry.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Difficult occurs to me as a challenge, and challenges feel exciting to me! A solution is always available to be discovered or created.

What’s your best advice for generating new leads? Connect and communicate directly with people and via social media daily – that’s how I created my universal database.

What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately? I’m currently listening to Tilman Fertitta’s YouTube videos. He shares extraordinary, realistic information for entrepreneurs.

What’s your favorite meal in Miami? An authentic Italian meal from a mom and pop restaurant.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Miami? One Thousand Museum Miami is my favorite building. The workmanship is amazing!

What’s one thing people might be surprised to learn about you? That I am a great negotiator!

What’s your favorite vacation spot and why? My favorite vacation spot is Sicily – I cherish the quality of life, the taste of each meal, the homemade wine, the architecture, swimming in the Mediterranean Sea and the overall culture.

Don’t give up and commit to integrity.
