Agent Snapshot: Andrea Camporesi, Real Estate Agent, Ancona Real Estate in Miami Beach

Where did you grow up? I grow up in Italy.

 Growing up, what did you want to be? I started my career in the hospitality business as a sommelier, but later decided to change my life and became a realtor.  But I bring my passions together because there is anything better than drinking an amazing bottle of wine after you bought your dream home?

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? That’s simple. I drink a glass of a fine red wine or champagne.

If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? I would like to have a lunch with Steve Jobs. This man had a vision and this vision changed the world. I would love to learn from him.

Where is your favorite place to hang out? My preferred place to hang out is Marion restaurant in Brickell an amazing disco dinner place in Brickell that’s so much fun.

What do you love most about the industry? I love this industry because it gives me the opportunity to meet a lot of amazing people. I’ve always thought the biggest treasure is your network.

 How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I have the gift of being able to solve problems and understand the needs of the client.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? I love to call it challenges and I love challenges because they help you grow.

What has been your greatest accomplishment? My greatest accomplishment is when a client becomes my friend. This means I did my job very well.

What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? The last book I read was The Power of Your Subconscious Mind by Joseph Murphy. With this book, you can really understand how to achieve all your goals

What is your favorite restaurant? My favorite restaurant is Casa Tua in Miami, a stunning Italian place

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Miami? One Thousand Museum. It’s a piece of art, not a building.

What kind of car do you drive? I drive a Mercedes – class, elegance and comfort.

What is your favorite city after Miami? Venice. Its architecture is unique and unlike any other city in the world.

In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? Keep your constancy and never give up.
