Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty announces new hires, Allen Morris Company announces promotion and more

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty Aventura welcomes new associates

Eight new associates have joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty’s Aventura branch.

With 20 years of real estate industry experience, Patrick Bilodeau previously worked for Coldwell Banker in Aventura where he was part of the International Diamond Club Society. Originally from Montreal, Canada, he has lived in Florida for 29 years.

Miami native Sandra Carey joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty after working as a digital designer for Showtime Networks, American Movie Classics and Bravo. She also coordinated and consulted with companies in Miami for marketing, branding and trade show creation in South America.

Originally from Campo Grande, Brazil, Thiago Diaz formerly worked for Piquet Realty as a real estate agent. Diaz is a member of the MIAMI Association of REALTORS and has lived in Florida for 13 years.

Ana Carolina Reis Filgueiras previously worked for Yaffe International Realty for 10 years. Originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, she has lived in Florida for 19 years.

Prior to joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty, Jesus Alberto Guevara was a pharmacist intern in Orlando. He earned a pharmacy degree in Venezuela and has lived in Florida for 19 years.

Originally from Denver, Colorado, Stacey Haptonstahl has lived in Florida for six years and previously worked as a hair stylist.

Diana Perez is a member of the MIAMI Association of REALTORS and earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Business School Notenboom, located in the Netherlands. Originally from Santiago, Cuba, Perez has lived in Florida for 13 years. 

With more than 17 years of experience in real estate, Amy Stanley previously worked for Piquet Realty as a broker associate. Stanley holds an associate broker’s license in her native Virginia and has lived in Florida for two years.

The Allen Morris Company announces promotion and new hire at its Coral Gables headquarters

Lulio Vasquez, who has been with The Allen Morris Company for 17 years, most recently a as a senior property accountant, has been promoted to assistant asset manager, the company recently announced. In his new role, he will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the company’s portfolio and maximizing returns from assets.

“For over a decade, Lulio has been an integral member of our team and has had an essential impact on the Company. He is very deserving of this promotion and we hope to continue to watch him professionally grow with us,” said W. Allen Morris, Chairman and CEO of The Allen Morris Company.

In his new role as development associate, Derek Cardenas will oversee and manage the development and construction activities for projects in Florida, evaluate costs and budget impacts, coordinate marketing and sales campaigns, as well as source potential new deals for the company’s Florida pipeline.

Prior to joining The Allen Morris Company, Cardenas served as an assistant project manager for the Related Group, where he was involved in the development of Paraiso District, a high-rise residential condo community, as well as the SLS Brickell Hotel & Residences, a high-rise residential condo and hotel.

A licensed Florida real estate sales associate and an active member of the community, Cardenas serves as a board member for the Friends of St. Jude (FOSJ) Annual Golf Tournament.“We are proud to welcome Derek to our team and are confident his professional insight and experience will serve as an asset to our company,” said Morris.
