Growing up, what did you want to be? I wanted to be a stockbroker in New York City
What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Outdoor fitness, playing basketball, going to the beach, going out on boats, riding motorcycles, and cooking
If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Muhammad Ali – he became bigger than boxing. He sacrificed everything he had become for what he truly believed in.
Where is your favorite place to hang out? Rooftop lounges and beachfront restaurants are my favorite. In South Beach, Española Way is another favorite of mine.
What do you love most about the industry? I love that I make dreams become a reality. Owning a home for most people is a massive step in life. I ease the stress of this process as part of my daily routine. I get to live my dream by helping others live theirs.
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I am young, energetic, and passionate about the industry. With a background in finance, I understand the investment aspect of the business and the cash flow requirements of my clients.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Working with non-serious realtors who do not value time
Where do you go to network and meet new clients? I am a member of the Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce and attend events in Miami regularly to keep my knowledge fresh. I love cigar lounges and rooftop restaurants [for networking] as well.
What has been your greatest accomplishment? Deciding to move from New York to Miami without knowing anyone here and making it on my own
