2019 Best Team: The Corey Schwartz Team, RE/MAX Advance Realty

by South Florida Agent

The Corey Schwartz Team
RE/MAX Advance Realty

Corey Schwartz began his career in sales and marketing with the Miami Heat and University of Miami Athletic Department. He is also an alumnus of the University of Miami having received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship, and is a member of the elite Master Brokers Forum networking group.
After a few years, realizing a career in sports meant a life on the road, he began moonlighting as a real estate agent. Now his three-person team with agents J.C. Vina and Ashlee Albert is in the Top Five out of roughly 200 brokers at his office. The team handled 180 transactions in 2018 and has closed 126 deals so far in 2019.
The Corey Schwartz Team primarily serves the neighborhoods surrounding the University of Miami but assists customers anywhere in Miami-Dade County. They have two unique niches where they focus their business: a luxury sales brand, 305 Homes, and a collegiate housing service called College Town Living.
305 Homes was developed in 2011 to assist clients when buying, selling and leasing high-end properties throughout South Florida. The company’s branding utilizes the “305” area code which is synonymous with Miami and recognized all over the world. Its market strengths consist of professionalism, confidentiality and a relationship sales approach.
Prior to starting 305 Homes, Schwartz founded College Town Living in 2006 to help students, parents, alumni, employees and property owners buy, sell and rent homes near the University of Miami. The company has become the most recognizable provider of collegiate real estate services in Coral Gables and the neighboring community.
The Corey Schwartz Team strives to provide their experience, knowledge of the market, and integrity to negotiate the best deal for every client.

Finalists:
  • David Siddons Group – Douglas Elliman
  • Jeff Corriolon Group – The Keyes Company
