Mauricio Perez of Cervera Real Estate is an in-house sales associate for Aston Martin Residences at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way.

“I have always enjoyed the idea of controlling your own destiny in the business world,” says Mauricio about how he came to be involved in real estate. As the owner of his own online retail store for several years in addition to being an experienced real estate professional, Mauricio is a driven individual who understands that success is a direct reflection of effort. “In all the different pursuits we go through in our careers, we often overlook the value of passion,” he continues.

“Real estate satisfies everything that is important to me in the business world – meeting new people, creating relationships, working with financial aspects, variety, opportunity, and the ability to truly serve someone with skill and professionalism – real estate gives me all of that.” In turn, Mauricio takes great pride in fulfilling his clients’ dreams and turning their hopes into realities. 

Always one to lead and work from a perspective of vision, Mauricio specializes in many of Miami’s most promising residential real estate markets – including East Edgewater, Wynwood, Midtown, and Doral, along with its most prestigious ones – such as Coral Gables and Brickell. A long-time resident of Miami, he brings his personal experience to every opportunity, along with his commitment to proven research and business models. He also brings his education in business to the table, providing even more insight into any possible property sale. 

Before living in Miami, Mauricio grew up in Baranquilla, Colombia. During his youth he was active in many sports, including soccer, and he continues to participate in sports activities whenever he can. 

Mauricio is fluent in both English and Spanish.
