Father-son team joins Brown Harris Stevens

by Zachary Wright

Agents Michael and Colin Feuling, announced their move to Brown Harris Stevens as the New York based brokerage continues to expand into Miami Beach.

The father-son duo were previously with Miami Investment Property, located at 110 Washington Ave. The Feulings were the top sellers at South Point Towers in Miami Beach. Michael and Colin brokered almost 80 percent of the 208-unit building.

In the past two years, the pair has closed more than $70 million in sales, or more than $230 million over the course of their careers, according to Phil Gutman, president of the Miami office of Brown Harris Stevens.

Gutman, who was promoted to president earlier this year, told Real Deal South Florida that he was looking to recruit the top talent and teams that specialize in the affluent South of Fifth neighborhood.
