Compass announced the building of a new office in Naples. According to a press release, Gary Nolan will lead the team as the sales manager. Nolan previously served as the vice president of Sanders and Associates in the Hamptons. The Naples office currently has 15 agents on board, but the team is predicted to rise to about 70 by the time the new office opens.
