Compass Florida Development Division has been designated as the leading brokerage for the new OPUS Bay Harbor residential development situated in Bay Harbor, according to a recent press release. Designed by award-winning and internationally-recognized architect Bermello Ajamil, Opus Bay Harbor will house seven full-floor residences with interior square footage ranging from 4,225 to 5,000, with luxury amenities including a private gym, rooftop kitchen, outdoor pool and private boat docks. The project is expected to be complete in early 2020.
