by Chase Conner

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty recently acquired Foster & Clark Real Estate, a move that adds 24 agents to the brokerage, a subsidiary of Lennar Corp.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, which is led by President and CEO Rei Masa, has more than 40 locations, 1,800 agents and a presence in 20 counties of Florida.

HomeServices of America is now the second-largest real estate brokerage in the country, with $125.4 billion in transaction volume closed in 2017, according to The Real Deal, which cited a Real Trends report.

“We are excited to have the dynamic and well-respected Foster & Clark team join our company and to continue their long-standing tradition of growth with exceptional service – now coupled with our brand, tools, and resources,” said Pat Dahne, regional vice president of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty.
