In an effort to increase its national presence in South Florida, Brown Harris Stevens Miami recently named Phil Gutman its new president.
Gutman joined the Miami office of the New York-based firm in summer 2017, ushering in big growth to nearly 200 agents in six offices in the metro area.
“Whatever is happening globally, the U.S. remains a desirable economy for real estate buyers. Miami – no matter what is happening worldwide with politics or economies, is a draw to real estate buyers,” Gutman said. “Brown Harris Stevens, with its strength in New York, is not only equipped but also devoted to capitalizing on that. Our strategy continues to be building the best team and equipping them with the resources to be successful.”
