- Caprice Weber and Cathy Strafaci were recently promoted to managing director roles at Douglas Elliman, according to The Real Deal. Weber oversees Elliman’s new development projects in Broward and Palm Beach counties. She previously was president of the Florida division of Toronto-based Baker Real Estate. Strafaci, who most recently was in on sales for Murano at Portofino and others, is now the managing director of Elliman in Miami-Dade.
- The Keyes Company named new district managers and branch leaders in Aventura and Pembroke Pines after the acquisition of Rickenback Realty, a 25-agent firm that closed more than $25 million in sales volume last year. Marco Zarfati was promoted to district manager and branch leader of Keyes’ Aventura office and Bonnie Josefski was given the same role in the Pembroke Pines/Miramar office.
- Mitash Kripalani was recently tapped as vice president Collier International South Florida. He previously with Douglas Elliman and specializes in capital markets focused on multi-family, land deals and investment sales.
- Karime Beckmann, Sylvia L. Cordes, Marlene Victoria Corpas, Jill Fitzgerald, Juanita M. Lopez, Arlene Valdes-Martinez and Jasmine Brigitte Wollach were added by EWM Realty International as associates in its Coconut Grove branch.
- There are new agents at Coldwell Banker Las Olas office in Fort Lauderdale, including Philip Mazzara, Michael Rhodes, Colleen Kaye, Christian Lavin, Patrick Rorke, Manuel Abirached, John Reeves, Andrew Felix and Aziz Gurbanov.
