This Week in Miami Real Estate: Bijou Bay Harbor progress, mansion built for a Victoria’s Secret model and more

by Sergio Valdes

South Florida’s Bijou Bay Harbor has officially sold 75 percent of its 41-residence property. Located in Bay Harbor Islands, Bijou underwent construction last year and is planned to be completed by the second quarter of 2019. The property’s development was led by Ability by Acierto, with Pordes Residential working as its sales and marketing firm.

Located in 9521 East Bay Harbor Drive, Bijou Bay Harbor is a luxury nine-story waterfront property with 41 residences that range from 900 to 2,100 square feet. The property’s proximity to the ocean and multiple shopping options makes it one of the premier locations in South Florida for many buyers.

“Bijou is designed with the end user in mind, and we are seeing the market respond with resounding approval,” said Robert Morales, vice president of operations for Ability by Acierto. “We are looking forward to completing construction later this year and delivering a top quality product to our buyers.”
