Coral Gable officials are nearing finalization of a deal to annex to unincorporated, 205-acre neighborhood of Little Gables, according to a new report from Miami New Times.

Little Gables, which sits between Coral Gables and Miami, is home to trailer parks and many residents who can’t afford to live elsewhere in the area due to spiking home prices and low inventory. That’s in stark contrast to Coral Gables, which touts its “tree-lined boulevards, ivy-covered mansions and historical landmarks.”
