Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate recently announced it will be heading sales for the 2018-bound development 88 Hundreds Collins, what will be a 28-unit luxury Surfside community. Leonardo Ambard and Salvador Di Lodovico are the lead developers on the project and have nearly 40 years of combined experience in developmental projects. They will work alongside Miller Construction to build the four-story building, which will break ground in 2017 and be complete by mid-2018. The development is priced at $695,000 to under $2 million.
Rosy Cancela of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Miami Beach office will serve as the development’s sales representative.
“88 Hundred Collins is a a first of its kind in Surfside. The lofts are the perfect alternatives to skyscraper living and were designed to feel like a home,” Cancela said. “It is ideal [living] for Millennials and the area’s walkability and location are in high demand.”
The project will include one-bedroom lofts and two or three-bedroom multi-tiered residences. Each unit will have open layouts with modern and sustainable designs. Plans are in place for luxurious bathrooms with steam showers and sunken bathtubs, floor-to-ceiling windows, and Italian-designed kitchens with Bosch appliances.
The layouts include:
- 12 Lofts ranging from 1,150 to 1,500-square-feet (one bedroom and two bathrooms) with open mezzanine and den
- 7 Homes ranging from 2,000 to 2,600 square-feet (two-story, two bedrooms and three bathrooms) with a den and second floor laundry room
- 9 Sky Homes ranging from 2,500 to 3,400 square-feet (three-level, two bedrooms and three bathrooms) with a private rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi and the option of a private elevator.
88 Hundred Collins neighbors Surfside Beach, North Shore Park, the oceanfront Surfside Community Center and the Surfside Tennis Center. Residences will also have easy access to a nearby shuttlestop, which provides free transportation to Miami Beach and Bal Harbour.
