Newly-renovated tower will include 98 apartments along S. Bayshore Drive – Terra, a Miami-based real estate development firm, is renovating Bayshore Grove, a seven-story building in Coconut Grove, to include 98 luxury rentals. Renovations are expected to be completed in August.

Construction spending in South Florida is on the rise – Despite a recent dip in construction spending, South Florida’s construction industry is on its way to outpacing the $6.3 billion spent last year. The Real Deal has the details here.

The new associates include Magdalena Angeli, Stacie Chavin, Lauren Collazo, Katherine Dorfman Matz, Lucy Gomes, Linda Prast Grosz, and Charlotte Tomic.
