Describe your look: I would describe my look as sophisticated, but at the same time, I understand the power of diversity. My look wouldn’t be the same visiting a big investor in Buenos Aires as it would if I were visiting an entrepreneur in Rio de Janeiro. Neither would it be the same if I was having lunch with a client from New York in Miami. So in that case, the name of my look would be “myself.”

What do you consider a “fashion don’t?” I have a few on my list: attires too explicit; the “technicolor” look; and distracting accessories or sticking out of the crowd for being “too fashionable.” I definitely would rather leave a positive impact with my expertise and good advice than with my look.

What is your favorite piece of clothing and why? Shoes. In ancient Greece, shoes were considered a sign of nobility and high class – only the wealthy could afford shoes, which were a prohibitive luxury at that time. It is not a coincidence that my favorite shoes are a black pair by Donald Pliner, the Canadian designer who sold his property in Star Island for $14.3 million (USD).

What do you consider a must-have accessory? A unique watch

What is a fashion crime you have committed in the past? Oh, you don’t want to know! (Laughing) I think that once you realize you’ve committed a “fashion crime,” you don’t let it happen again.

Where are your favorite places to shop? Grand Canal Shoppes in Vegas, Patio Bullrich in Buenos Aires and Rodeo Drive in L.A. For me, shopping must be an experience. I love to go to these places because the atmosphere puts me in a great mood, so I enjoy myself.

What, besides your wardrobe, completes your look? Definitely my self-esteem. Self-esteem is something that you work at every day of your life, and a healthy level of self-esteem is a great asset to be successful in the real estate business.

What is in your bag/briefcase? An updated report on the real estate market in the U.S., and my Montblanc to sign contracts!

My closet is full of…I constantly travel, so I have a closet for all seasons.

What is your style advice for other people in the industry? Make sure that your client is receiving a high value for what he or she is paying, and keep yourself updated. At the end of the day, what really matters is your style of action rather than your look.

Donald Pliner shoes, Stefano Ricci shirt and tie, Versace jacket, Hugo Boss pants, Rolex Submarine watch, Etiqueta Negra belt
