Ginnette Gonzalez is a Realtor with Real Estate Sales Force and a team leader with MiamiGG.com.

Number of years in real estate: 10

Describe your look: Chic and tropical, or as I like to call it, my own style, tropically chic.

What do you consider a “fashion don’t?” Not dressing appropriate for the weather. It happens all the time in Miami. You’ll see someone wearing winter boots in 80-degree weather.

What is your favorite piece of clothing and why? The perfect little black dress — goes with any occasion.

What do you consider a must-have accessory? A great pair of shoes and a purse

What is a fashion crime you have committed in the past? I wouldn’t say a crime – more a wardrobe malfunction. I was out in the scorching heat of Miami with a client and walked so much that eventually a heel broke off. I was stuck limping until I got to my car.

Where are your favorite places to shop? Local boutiques, Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus and Macy’s

What, besides your wardrobe, completes your look? Well-styled hair

What is in your bag/brief case? That’s a loaded question for a woman! I’d say a little bit of everything – business cards, iPhone, MacBook Air, lipgloss, make-up, credit cards, keys, crazy glue, pens, notepad, brush, protein bar, nail file, hand lotion and more!

My closet is full of…business suits and dresses, summer dresses and, regrettably, too many clothes with their tags on.

What is your style advice for other people in the industry? Dress comfortably if you have to spend a full day out with a client, but don’t forget to be professionally dressed too.

Dress is from Calvin Klein, shoes are Christian Louboutin, watch is a Rolex, necklace is Gucci and purse is from Louis Vuitton
