Founder and CEO of ONE Sotheby’s International, Mayi de la Vega, recently announced that Eduard and Alla Zavulunov, founders of The Z Group, have joined the firm’s Aventura office as Global Luxury Specialists.

With more than $40 million in sales in the last 12 months, the Zavulunovs remain top producers at The Beach Club Hallandale. The two specialize in the markets of Hollywood Beach, Hallandale Beach, Golden Beach, Sunny Isles, Bal Harbour, Surfside and Aventura, making them well suited additions to South Florida’s luxury real estate leader.

At ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, the Zavulunovs will focus on marketing resale and pre-construction luxury oceanfront condominiums, penthouses and waterfront homes. The two are thrilled to have joined ONE Sotheby’s.

Mrs. Zavulunov has eight years of experience in the real estate market and formerly served as a broker associate at Exclusive Royal Realty.  Originally from Russia, the team is fluent in Russian and English.
