The Vice President of Fortune International Group’s International Division, Fernando de Nuñez, has been named as Director of Sales for Opera Tower, a luxury, 56-story condominium overlooking Biscayne Bay in Downtown Miami. Mr. de Nuñez will be responsible for leading the sales team and overseeing marketing operations for the premier tower developed by Florida East Coast Realty (FECR).

With over 500 residences already sold and 130 remaining, Opera Tower continues to attract a steady flow of both local and international buyers. Affording residents some of the most amazing views in Miami, over 80 percent of the available inventory at Opera Tower is concentrated above the 30th floor, and almost 60 percent of the views are towards the East and South, making them the most premium views in the building.

Mr. de Nuñez joined Fortune International Group in October 2002 as Director of Operations for Fortune International Realty where he led the company expansion by recruiting over 200 realtors and opening nine offices in South Florida, including shopping mall kiosks. In the middle of 2003, de Nuñez was assigned the development of the International Division at Fortune where he expanded the company network, especially in Latin America and Europe. Mr. de Nuñez has also acted as sales director for seven residential projects with over 1,600 condominium and condo-Hotel units in total.

Prior to joining Fortune, de Nuñez was an investment banker for eight years with Santander Investment as Head of Origination & Syndication (New York & Madrid); Société Generale as Portfolio Manager (Argentina & France) and LTCB of Japan as Vice-President of Sales & Trading (London).
