It’s a small spark that lights the winding path to the future, and every industry, whether real estate or retail, is chasing that flicker, hoping to grab hold before someone else. With the announcement of ArX Solutions’ new 3D rendering technology, real estate just moved one step closer.

Bolstered by nearly two decades in the architectural visualization industry, the Miami-based firm has long established itself as an innovator, helping to push the boundaries of 3D technology. Its newest product, aptly called ArXperience 3D, will leverage the budding popularity of virtual reality into a unique and immerse experience, allowing users to visualize and interact with environments “in the most realistic quality ever before seen on the market.”

Gonzalo Navarro, ArX’s co-founder and principal of the company’s Miami office, sees the product as a needed marketing tool in an increasingly global market. With ArXperience 3D, “developers and brokers can showcase pre-construction developments and individual units to potential buyers with an interactive presentation that resembles reality.” Ostensibly, users will be able to tour properties from the comfort of their own home, exploring everything from counter top textures to furniture to in-home amenities and really whatever else the developer wants to include.

“We’ve been producing top-quality 3D renderings for nearly 20 years,” Navarro said. “The new architectural visualization solutions we’ve developed for the real estate industry will help our clients showcase their projects in the greatest quality available.”

While the application currently relies on traditional monitors and, more recently, is available through mobile devices, ArX hopes to soon enhance the user experience by running the renderings through the soon to be available Oculus Rift virtual reality headset, which adds an undeniable depth and realism to the 3D.

As the leading architectural firm in both Florida and the nation, ArX Solutions is excited to continue growing. Already in 2014, half of all new projects in the Miami area had a rendering by ArX, and the firm currently has offices in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and representatives in New York and Dubai – two global leaders in tech innovations.

“The talent we have at ArX Solutions is what truly sets us apart in the market,” Patricio Navarro, co-founder and president of the firm, affirmed. “We scout the world for the best artists, developers and architects to ensure the quality of our products is unparalleled.”
