Are You the Go-To Real Estate Expert We’re Looking For?

by Stephanie Sims

Miami Agent magazine is looking for agents “in the know” to become our official Correspondents in Residence. Correspondents in Residence are magazine advocates who will provide us with information and insight, make suggestions for articles and sources and provide details on upcoming real estate events.

Candidates should be agents, lenders or other full-time members of the residential community and must be familiar with the key players in the local residential community including brokerages, agents, new developments and mortgage lenders. Must be able commit to providing information on a weekly basis, including:

  • Event information that will be covered by our photographers and published on our event calendar. Events can be anything from networking events, real estate happy hours, seminars, forums/panels and speakers to real estate-sponsored charity functions, leadership installation events, association events, young professionals events, etc. There will be opportunities to represent the magazine at some of these events, as well.
  • Suggestions for sources we can interview for upcoming editorial features. Sources would include agents, lenders, developers, stagers and other affiliates.

As a vital source for the magazine, Correspondents in Residence will be listed on our Staff page, with a headshot and bio shown, and we’ll announce new CIRs to the industry with a promotional eblast announcing the affiliation. In addition, CIRs will be the first people we go to when we need an editorial source.

If you are a qualified candidate and interested in this position, or know someone who would be perfect, email stephanie@agentpublishing.com and we’ll discuss if you’re a fit for this position!
