Midtown Doral will break ground by the end of the year.

Midtown Doral has had much success lately, with its first condo building selling out in only 20 days, and now the announcement of the start of pre-construction availability in its second building.

Midtown Doral, the newest residential and commercial development in the City of Doral, will break ground before the end of the year. It is a multi-building complex that is close to major state highways, malls, the Miami international Airport, and top-rated K-12 schools.

The building offers spacious one, two, or three-bedroom layouts that include private balconies and terraces, some even incorporating convertible dens. Each unit, which ranges from 1,079 and 2,138 square feet, offers two or three bathrooms, and some include a powder room. Prices start at $279,900.
