In the next 10 days, the 52-story oceanfront Ritz-Carlton Residences tower in Sunny Isles Beach will reportedly launch preconstruction sales.

The joint venture between Fortune International Group and Château Group located at 15701 Collins Avenue will offer units ranging from $2 million to $5.2 million with penthouses going for up to $25 million, the Miami Herald reported.

“It’s going to be a pure condominium but with all the services of a hotel,” Manuel Grosskopf, head of Château Group, said in a published report.

The price per square foot will average $1,400, Grosskopf told the Herald.

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Co. will manage the property. Developers will open a temporary sales center at 17070 Collins Avenue in mid-January.
