Strong Showing for Miami in Forbes Top Agents Ranking

by admin

Five real estate professionals with ties to Miami were featured on a recent Forbes list.

Five real estate professionals from South Florida were featured in Forbes magazine’s first annual 30 Under 30 list for real estate, according to a Miami Herald article on the recognitions.

With Danny Hertzberg, Dina Goldentayer, David Vivero, Viktoria Telek and Oren

Danny Hertzberg

Alexander, only New York featured more real estate professionals than Florida.

Hertzberg, who at 29 sold $30 million in luxury homes and condos, comes from a real estate family. According to the Herald, his mother sells luxury homes for The Jills real estate team.

“When I was a little kid, I’d be on the way to school with my mom,

Viktoria Telek

and we’d stop by at a showing or an open house,” Hertzberg said to the Herald. “I grew up in real estate.”

Dina Goldentayer

The Herald notes that Goldentayer was also an early bloomer for housing.

“I purchased my first condo in South Beach when I was 22,” said Goldentayer, a Russian immigrant whose team sold $50 million in homes and condos this year to many international buyers. “I saw the process and what my agent did and thought this would be something I could do.”

David Vivero

But it wasn’t just Realtors who were honored. David Vivero, who was born in Miami, was credited with launching RentJuice, the rental

MLS site that started in 2008 and just received $6.2 million in venture capital funding in 2011.

The Herald also wrote that Telek, who is 29, serves 3 million square feet of commercial

space, while Alexander, at 24, sells real estate in both New York and Miami. He is currently listing a home on Indian Creek Drive that is, at $60 million, the most expensive listing in all of Miami.
