The Residences at Miami Beach EDITION is a project by developer Ian Schrager, an American entrepreneur, hotelier and real estate developer often associated with co-creating of the Boutique Hotel category of accommodation, that features 26 “limited edition” condos for sale and two penthouses by renowned John Pawson.
Designed by world-renown British architect John Pawson, the residences will sit on the top floors of the existing, landmarked 1950s building that will be the Miami Beach EDITION hotel. Each residence will have its own dedicated private entrance as well as an anonymous “celebrity” entrance, for ultimate privacy. While the residence offers hotel accommodations, you’ll will also find a number of features like VIP privileges for the spa and restaurants, a beachfront area complete with chaise lounges, meeting rooms and business and even services for your pampered like grooming and walking, and more.
Additionally, each of the 26 apartments are light-filled with generous living areas, floor-to-ceiling windows, bleached teak wood flooring throughout, including the balconies and terraces, open Bulthaup kitchens with islands, as well as master bathrooms with Italian white onyx translucent screens and custom-cast integral concrete bathtubs and sinks.
